摘要
本文就医院检验科的科室设置、人员分工、质量管理以及同临床各科室的关系、仪器设备和人员的配备,将竞争机制引入检验科管理作了较为全面的论述。根据作者多年从事检验工作的经验,提出了较新的关于医院检验科管理的思维方式。
This article discussed problems about laboratory department in hospital.In order to get better effect to manage the department,some new thinking were put forward,such as a reasonable installation of the department,organization of personnel,strict rule of quality control, a harmonizing relationships between the laboratory department and other clinical departments.Especially,combined with the author's experience on the field of medical laboratory,the article point out that an important measure of managing the laboratory department is leading the competitiOn mechanism into the works of the department management.
