摘要 经食道心脏超声检测200例患者的冠状动脉。冠状动脉近段长度为:左冠脉5.0~40.4mm,右冠脉10.0~38.0mm;直径分别为2,3~7.5mm和2.8~5.1mm;冠脉心舒张期血流速峰值为:左冠脉主干0.20~0.84m/s,左前降支0.24~0.71m/3,左旋支0.16~0.5m/s和右冠脉0.15~0.69m/s;少数冠脉亦可显示收缩期血流频谱。本法为非创伤性,对冠状动脉近段解剖和功能学的了解具有重要的临床实用价值。 patients were studied by trans-esophageal Doppler echocardiography(TEDE ).Thelengths of the left coronary arteries and the rightcoronary arteries were 5.0 to 40. 4 mm and 10.0 to38.0 mm respectively. The diameters of the proximalcoronary arteries measured were 2.3 to 7.5 mm inthe left and 2.8 to 5.1 mm in the right.The peakblood flow velocities in diastole were 0.2 to 0.84 m/sin the left main coronary arteries,0.24 to 0.71 m/sin the left anterior descending arteries,0.16 to 0.51m/s in the left circumflex arteries and 0.15 to 0.69m/s in the right coronary arteries,The systolic spec-tale of the coronary arteries Dopper flow signal alsocould be obtained occasionally,In conclusion,Weconsider that TEDE is one of the non- invasive meth-ods on the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.
