摘要
研究了变质处理对含Cr12%~13%(Cr/C≤5)的高铬铸铁组织及性能的影响。试验结果表明:采用稀土、钒、钛、硼元素复合变质处理对细化晶粒,改变碳化物形态,提高冲击韧性和耐磨性有显著效果。
The effects of modification on the structure and properties of high chromi-um (12 %~ 13 %Cr) white cast iron are investigated in this paper. The experi-mental results showed that modification with RE,V -Ti, B has significant effect upon soundess of white cast iron, refine grain, change ingredient and shape of carbides and improve its toughness and wear-resistance.
