研究硅对高炉冷却壁铸态球铁的力学性能和导热性能的影响，确定了终硅量的最佳范围；讨论了硅对孕育效果及碎块状石墨形成的影响。
The paper has studied the influence of Si on the mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of as-cast ductile iron used op the cooling wall of blast furnace, then determined the optimum range of Si content, and discussed the influence of Si on both of the powerful effect of inoculation and formation of chunky graphite.
