合金芯线技术在球墨铸铁生产中的应用研究

Application of Alloy Cord Technique in Production of Nodular Iron

研究了采用合金芯线对铁水进行脱硫、球化、孕育处理的可行性及有关工艺参数。结果表明：采用合金芯线技术可提高脱硫率，降低球化剂和孕育剂用量。

The feasibility and relative process parameters of desulphurization, nodularization and inoculation of molten iron with alloy cords was studied. The result indicated that the alloy cord technlque could be used to increase the efficiency of desulphurization and reduce the additions of nodularizing alloy and inoculant.
