摘要
研究了锰、碳含量及稀土变质对高铭白口铸铁组织与性能的影响。结果表明,高铬锰白口铸铁具有较好的韧性与耐磨性的综合匹配,特别是在用稀土变质处理后。它的韧性比高铬铸铁有较大提高,抗磨性是高锰钢的3~4倍,可在铸态下使用。
The test researched the effects of manganese,carbon and rare-earth on the structure and properties of high chromium white cast iron. The results show that the high chromium-manganese white cast iron has both ideal impact toughness and wear reslstance, especially after the modification treatment by rare-earth. Its impact toughness is much higher than high chromium white cast iron and its wear resistance is 3 ~ 4 times higher than traditional Hadfield steel. This kind of material can be used practically as-cast.
