香精的微胶囊化及其性能测定

本文介绍了制备微胶囊香精的方法．经比较认为以复凝聚法较好，并在该法的基础上经进一步实验。经微胶囊化后，香精的留香时间大大增长，以苯乙醇为例，可以从5天延长到二个月以上。

This paper introduces the manufacture methods of microcapsulized perfumes. Of them,thecoating-agglomerating method is the better one. Based on it,more experiments were made. After microcapsulizing the perfumes becomes more durable. For a example, the lasting time ofphenethyl alcobol can be from 5 days to 2 months.
