摘要
采用水中蒸馏法提取鱼香草精油,测定不同生长期含油量的变化规律,并用GC法和GC/MS法进行精油化学成分的定量和定性分析,发现鱼香草精油主要化学成分为橙花醇、橙花醛和香叶醛,经评香确认为天然植物精油的一新品种。精油已试用作杀菌灭霉剂、防治感冒药物和调配食用香精。
Essential oil was obtained from O. basilicum L. Var pilosum (milld) benth by distillation in water. The change rule of oil content in various growing season were determined.The chemical constituents of essential oil were analysed quantitatively and qualitatively by GC and GC/MS, respectively. Results showed that the main components are nerol, neral and geranial in the oil. It was identified a new variety of natural plant essential oil by evaluation fragrance. The essential oil was used in sterilization agent, medicament for cure head cold and flavour.
