摘要
本文从波齿传动原理出发,分析了波齿传动的内齿轮齿形范成加工原理和齿形特点,提出了齿轮形最简易、经济、精确的范成精加工方法,介绍了三种精加工方案及其加工装置,阐述了内齿轮齿形误差的形成及其解决措施,为普及和推广波齿传动奠定了工艺基础.
Based on the principle of waveshape-tooth gear transmission,this paper analyzed the tooth generating cutting principle and its shape features.A precise method both simple and energy-sauiy for the generating cutting of the annular gear teeth with low cost was advanced,and three different machining schemes,as well as their equipments were presented.The formation of the errors of the tooth shape and the measures to overcome them were elaborated.An these laid a technological foundation for the popularization of waveshape-tooth gear transmission.
