摘要
本文研究的目的是在常温条件下,钢铁的表面形成黑膜.其发黑液的配方是二氧化硒、无机铜盐、醇类化合物和有机酸.应用时只需将金属浸人发黑液中,即可得到满意的表面质量.这种发黑方法将会随着节约能源要求的提高而得到发展.
The objects of the present invention are realized in a method for forming a black coating on ferrous metals during room temperature and by a solution therefor according to which the blackening solution in which the ferrous metal is to be immersed contains selenium dioxide,inorganic copper salt,alcoholate, and an organic acid which causes onlg negligible precipitation during use. The blackening solution was developed. for energy saving. The surface guality is satisfactory.
