摘要
本文对一种自动挂钩的主体机构,阐明了其创始意念的过程及机构综合方法.即运用机构学CAD软件自动生成8字形的连杆曲线,或利用图谱,选取合适的8个字形曲线作为所定轨迹.再根据连杆曲线与机构本体的相对位置选定坐标,测量其大致的尺度,定出机构尺寸.最后为了挂钩时有两个握持点,用机构并联法作出全机构.
This paper descripted an Automatic Mechanism for hook - hanging,which create-idea design with methode of kinematic synthesis is made.First,application of author's software for automatic search 8 - form couple curves,and work out the motion curve - style,as motion object regular.At same time,for same purpose,we also can use Couple Curve Atlas of 4 - Bar Linkage,selected suitable curves.Then, observation the relative position between mechanism and curve,and set up coordinate system for survey the dimensions about them.At last, in order to have two Hang - Positions just as Clamp -Points,we Can use two equal Mechnism in couples at parallel place fixed,so complete whole Skeleton of such mechanism.In this article detailed illustrated the processe of resolution such give question,and how to applicate certain theorem for help to solve the problem.Each step in whole design processe emphasis how to use correspondente theory get in touch with practice.
