摘要
锥阀是液压控制阀中应用较广的一种结构形式。本文介绍了初撑力的概念和作用，并根据初撑力对于液压支柱（架）的要求，阐述了将锥阀设计为初撑力保证阀的基本理论和方法，论述了初撑力值与初撑力保证阀相关多数的关系，分析了初撑力保证阀在单体液压支柱和液压支架中的初撑力保证作用，指出了初撑力保证方法的应用前景。图７，参４。
Cone is one kind widely used structure in hydraulic-control-valve. The pa-per explains the conception and affection of the setting load, base on the needing of thehydraulic props(supports),it deals with the fundamental theory and design method of thesetting load pledged valve which comes from cone, discusses the relation ship of settingload and parameters of the setting load pledged valve,and sets forth the setting loadpledged affection in the application of the individed hydraulic props and power supports ofthe setting load pledged valve,in the end,this paper points out the application vista of thesetting load pledged method.7figs, 4refs.
