摘要
本文讨论了提升容器连接装置作为串联系统的可靠性设计问题。并以吊杆销轴零件的可靠性设计为例,确定该销轴的失效模式有两种:一种是交变载荷作用下销轴的疲劳;一种是销轴或孔壁被压溃。计算结果表明,吊杆销轴直径不应按常规设计所采用的弯曲强度来确定,而应以孔壁挤压强度来确定。图1,表2、参3。
The paper discusses the reliability design of raiser’sconnators as cascade sys-tem,This thesis also ascertains two type of failure of the pin shaft,illustrating the reliabilitydesign of hanger rod’s pin shaft part:One is the fatigue of pin shaft acted by alternateload,the other is squeezing-failure of pin shaft or nolewall.Calculation results show that di-ameter of pin shaft is not ascertained by bending strength used by regular design,butshearing strength of pin shaft.lfig, 2tabs,3refs,
