摘要
聚丙烯与聚酰胺、乙丙橡胶、天然橡胶进行二元共混或三元共混,探讨主要成分比对共混体系力学性能的影响,并对聚丙烯的增韧机理作了分析。制得的增韧聚丙烯的拉伸强度不低于24MPa、简支梁缺口冲击强度不低于9kJ·m ̄(-2)、弯曲模虽不低于550MPa、脆性温度比基料聚丙烯降低10℃以上。给出了3个主要成分含量影响力学性能的经验公式。
The influence of blending ratio of polypropylene with polyamide, EPR or NRon the mechenical properties of their binary or ternary blend was investigated. Thetoughening mechanism of polypropylene was analysed. For the toughened polypropylene,thetensile strength was not less than 24 MPa,the simple beam impact strength not less than 9 kJ m-2,bending modulus not less than 550 MPa, the brittle temperature was lower than thatof basic polypropylene by more than 10C. An experimential formula was given to evaluatethe influence of levels of main components on the mechenical properties of the blend.
