摘要
建立了一种测试发泡剂在橡胶介质中分解特性的方法。采用的装置是由ＸＬＹ－Ⅱ型毛细管流变仪改装而成的，可记录恒压下等速升温或恒温时胶料的发泡曲线，测得发泡剂在橡胶介质中的起始分解温度、发气量和分解速度，具有实用和理论意义。
A method for testing decomposition characteristics of blowing agents in rubber media has been established. The apparatus applied is rebuilt on the basis of XLY-Ⅱ Type Capillary Rheometer. It can record blowing curves of the foaming stock which is under the condition of programmed increasing temperature or constant temperature at a constant pressure.Thus in rubber media, the decomposition temperature (Td), the volume of gas evolved and the rate of gas evolution of blowing agents are determined.
