十二指肠溃疡男性患者的心理社会因素对照研究

Investigation on antecedent psychosocial factors in duodenal ulcer onset of 51 male patients

本文采用对照方法研究了51例男性十二指肠溃疡病患者的心理社会因素,发现十二指肠溃疡组的 EPQ 神经质评分,消极心理应付评分,生活事件总频数、负性生活事件频数和慢性精神紧张程度都明显高于对照组。

Psychosocial factors in the onset of duodenal ulcer of 51 male patients (DUP),with acontrol group of 51 hepatities virus carriers were investigated。The results showed the neuroticisim score ofEPQ,the positive psychological coping scores of PCRS and the life event frequency and chronical psycho-logical tension experience were all higher in DUP than that in controls,indicating psychosocial factors to bethe significant risk factors in the occurrence of duodenal ulcer。
