四川昭觉县竹核乡彝族老年精神卫生调查

Mental health problems in 118 elderly of Yi Minority in Sichuan Province

以统一的流调方法和诊断标准,在500户彝族家庭中对118名60岁以上的农村老人进行了精神卫生流行病学调查。结果显示,老年期精神疾病患病率为5.08%,主要是酒精依赖。

With the standardized instruments developed by the national epidemiologicl study onmental disorders,and MUNSH developed by Memorial University of Newfoundland,118 elderly aged 60and over in 500 households of Yi Minority in Zhaojue County of Sichuan Province were interviewed for theirmental health problems。The time-point prevalence of mental disorder was 5.08% (6/118,including 1female with epileptic dementia,2 female with neurotic disorder,and 3 male with alcoholic dependence)。Inthe 114 elderly,excepted those with dementia or alcoholic dependence,90 (79%) were scored as with pos-itive emotion。
