DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR YQ-3000MEASURING MACHINE

本文以我国自行设计研制的第一台大型ＣＮＣ三座标测量机的数据处理系统为例，介绍了一种功能全面并带有计算机误差补偿的三座标基本几何和扩展几何测量数据处理软件。该机为分布式、多微机的计算机集散型控制系统，数据处理系统安装在上档微机内，具有全面的宏观自动控制和直接的数据处理功能。

By taking as an example the data processing system for our country's first selfdesigned and self-mode large CNC 3D measuring machine, this paper introduces a kind of software with advanced technology,comprehensive functions and computer tolerance compensation to deal with the measured basic and extended 3D geometric data.This machine has a computer-centralized control system with a distributed multi--processor configuration.its data processing system is mounted on a top grade micro--computer and has the functions of comprehensive automatic macro-computer and direct data processing.The machine is in the lead in the same circle in our coutry and reaches the international level of the same types of product in the middle of the 1980s.
