摘要
本文简要介绍了气相色谱分析中常规的样品引进技术,报导了一种样品引进的新技术──柱上热解吸调制技术.该技术简单、再现性好、其“注射”适于任何大小直径的毛细管柱的进样并易于计算机自动化.它已成功地用于测定某些物理化学常数如活度系数,用该技术测得的相对标准偏差仅为1%.精密度比用常规注射技术所测得的要高得多(后者的相对标准偏差为4%).它也适用于高速气相色谱特别是流程气相色谱如用来监测化工、石油化工过程之模拟过程气流.
Several conventional techniques for sample introduction in gas chromatography are introduced briefly. A new technique for sample introduction-on-column thermal desorption modulation is reported in detail This technique is simple,highly reproducible, its'injection' is appropriate for the capillary column of any diameter and easily computer automated. This technique has been used for determination of some parameters of physical chemistry such as activity coefficients. The relative standard deviation obtained by this technique is only 1%,the precision by this technique is much better than that of the conventional injection technique (its relative standard deviation is about 4 % ). It has also been used in high-speed gas chromatography especialy in process gas chromatography such as for monitoring a simulated process stream.
