文化区——关于旧城改造规划的一种设想

从现代城市发展和旧城改造以及历史文脉的保护、开发利用的关系方面提出设立“文化区”的构想。“文化区”是一个兼保存历史文化传统和开发旅游经济的综合体。文中论及文化区的选择及其特点、规划的实施等重要问题。

The thesis put forward a couception to set up the'Cultural Region', that is stood on the relationship of development of modern city, exploitation and protection of historical civilization and reformation of the old cities. The Cultural Region is a comprehensive body that is both of keeping historical and traditional civilization and exploiting tourist industry. Some important problems as the selecting site and characteristic of 'Cultural Region' coming true of the programme, etc. is raised in this thesis.
