本文引进了矩阵部分α双对角占优的概念，给出了判定广义严格对角占优矩阵的若干充分条件和必要条件，从而改进和推广了文［１］～３］的相应结果．

In this papal, we introduce the concept of partially α-hi-diagonally dominant matrices and give some necessary conditions and sufficient conditions for a matrix to be generalized strictly diagonally dominant matrix,thus having improved and generalized the corresponding results of [1～ 3].
