本文以三屯河水库兴利库容的计算为例，对应用状态转移概率矩阵求兴利库容的方法进行了探讨．认为该方法考虑了蓄水量随时间的变化和水库的操作方式．本方法亦对梯级水库及相邻地区水库的规划设计具有一定的参考价值．

This artical takes the calculation of the effictive capacity of the Shantun river-reservoir for example to probe into soloving effictive with stale transfer probability matrix. It is thought that this method conserns a reservoivs method of operation & the quantity of the store water which is changeable with the time going,this method also has certain reference value to plane & design the stair-reservoir and the redervoir of its close area.
