新疆繁缕族漆姑草亚族植物花粉形态学研究

THE STUDY OF POLLEN MORPHOLOGY OF SUBTRIBE SALULINEA IN XINJIANG

通过光镜和扫描电镜对新疆产繁缕族漆姑草亚族３属１２种植物花粉进行了研究．结果表明，该亚族植物花粉为球形或扁球形，萌发器官属散孔类形，萌发孔１０～４４个，孔膜上有疣状突起，外壁纹饰为颗粒状与穴状混合类型．根据这些特征编出分属检索表，并探讨了属亲缘关系．

The morphological characterites of pollen 3 genera 12 species of Salulinea in Xinjiang were studied by LM. and SEM. The result indicate : (1)pollen shape is elliptic or subspheroidal: (2)there are 10-44 aperturate on surface of pollen garins,membrance of aperturate is protruding or hollow with wart. (3)the exine is characterized by granulas mixed with cave. Base on these characterites,the key to genera is made,generic phylogenetic relationshpes in the subtribe is discussed.
