摘要
以适当浓度稀土溶液处理小麦后,其光合和氧化磷酸化的磷氧比(P/O)、光合控制(Pc)、呼吸控制(RC)、状态3.4光合和呼吸速率(S3.S4)与对照样比均无显著性差异(P>0.025).状态2(S2)光合和呼吸速率提高,差异极显著(P<0.01).说明小麦用最适浓度稀土处理后.对其光合和呼吸的磷酸化机构和功能膜影响不大,但显著促进了光合和呼吸速率(S2),从而促进了电子传递链的活性,使ATP形成量增加.
After we treated wheat with appropriate concentration of the liquid of rare earth element, we found that the P/O rate of pbotosynthetic and oxidative phophorylation PC. RC. the rate of photosynthesis and respiration in state 3 and state 4 have no significant difference as far as the control (P>0. 05) is concerned. But the rate of photosynthesis and respiration in state 1 and state 2 is enhanced and has significant difference. (p<0.01 )It demonstrates that after we treat plants with the appropriate concentration of liquid of rare earth element. there is no significant effect on the photosynthesis of plant and the struture and function of the respiratory phosphorylation, it accelerate the speed of photosynthesis and respiration xemarkably, thus enhances the flexibility of the electric transport chain and increases the quantity of the formation of ATP.
