摘要
本文对己糖基原酸酯在20eV的电子撞击离解质谱进行了详细的分析.作者观察到3,4,6-三-O一乙酰基-D-吡喃型己糖-1,2-原乙酸甲酯或原乙酸乙酯的主要裂解途径,都是首先生成2,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-D-吡喃型己糖甲基苷离子或乙基苷离子,然后再进一步碎裂.3,4,6-三-O0苄基-β-D-吡喃型甘露糖和3,4,6,-三-乙酰基衍生物则另有不同的碎裂方式.这些现象在以往的文献中均未见报道过.
n this article, the authors report the electron impact mass spectrometric analysis of six structurally related derivatives of 3, 4, 6-tri- O-acetyl or benzyl-β-D-mannopyranose 1,2-(methyl orthoacetate) (1~2 ), and3, 4, 6-tri-O-acetyl-o-acetyl-α-D-glucopyranose 1,2-metyyl or cthylorthoaeetate ) (3~6 ). It was found that the massspectra of 1~6 are much complicated because of the valietips of ismerizations and rearrangements that co-curred during the fragmentation process.
