两相分配法分离棉花根和下胚轴质膜高聚物的浓度选择 被引量:1

摘要 两相分配分离法是一种简单有效地分离植物质膜(PM)的方法,通过标记酶KMgATPase和污染物测定,结果6.2%葡聚糖(DextranT500)/6.2%聚乙二醇(PEG4000)两相系统标记酶活力最强,污染物最少,是分离棉花根和下胚轴质膜(PM)的最佳两相系统。
