摘要
为确定脾在小鼠急性实验性肝损伤中的作用,采用配对设计Karber氏法测定了假切脾和切脾小鼠D-氨基半乳糖的半数致死量,并作尸检和活检,假切脾组半数致死量为4868mg/kg体重,切脾组为4593mg/kg体重,两者之间行U检验,结果差异有显著性。提示脾参与了小鼠机体的抗急性肝损伤机制而具有保肝作用。
n order to define
the role of spleen in acute experimental hepatic injury in the BALB/Cmouse,LD50 of
DGalactosamine(D-GaIN)was determined on A(pseudosplenectomy)andBgroups(splenectomy),
with paired design and Karber、method.Autopsies and biopsieswere alsodone。 LD50 of
Agroup was 4 868 mg/kg,and LD50 of Bgroup was 4 593 mg/kg。Utest:P<0. 05.It suggests that
splel1ectomy can cut down the reserved function of liver orspleen in vivo can protect liver
against D-GaIN一like materiais。
