肉用仔鸭完全利用植物性蛋白饲料的探讨

摘要 三种不同品系的北京鸭出壳后分别为90只、90只、492只,随机对各品系平分为试验组和对照组,两组总只数均为336只。试验组日粮以豆饼为主要蛋白来源,完全不用鱼粉或其它动物性蛋白,以添加合成氨基酸和胆碱以平衡饲料营养。对照组日粮以进口鱼粉为主要蛋白来源。饲养管理条件处理相同。结果表明:7周龄试验组成活率98.81%,3个品系平均体重2824.09克,日增重57.3克;对照组成活率94.45%,3个品系平均体重2745.55克,日增重56.03克,两组日增重仅差1.27克。 A total of 336 day-old pekin ducklings of 3 different lines were each equally divided into experimental and control groups.The protein source of the experimental diet was all from plant supplemented with crystalline amino acids, while that of the control was from fish meal. The result (experimental vs.control) showed that 7 week survival rate were 98.81% and 94.45%; average live weight at 7 weeks were 2.82 kg and 2.75 kg; average daily gain were 57 g and 56 g (p >0.05) , respectively.
