怀孕后期的肥胖奶牛血浆性激素水平变化特点

VARIATION OF LEVELS OF PLAMSA GONAD HORMONES OF FAT DAIRY COWS DURING LATE GESTATION PERIOD

采用放射免疫分析法,对9头怀孕后期的肥胖奶牛和7头中等营养状况的奶牛进行了血浆孕酮,17β-雌二醇和睾酮的含量测定。结果表明,分别在分娩前7-1周和10—3周,肥胖奶牛血浆孕酮和睾酮含量显著高于中等营养状况奶牛(p<0.05—p<0.01),而在分娩前10—4周,肥胖奶牛血浆17β-雌二醇含量显著低于中等营养状况牛(p<0.05—p<0.01)。说明奶牛在怀孕后期过肥对血中性激素水平会产生一定影响。

Plasma progesterone, 17B-estradiol and testosterone of 9 fat cows and 7 cows of average nutritional status at late gestation period were analysed by radioimtnunological method. Results showed that, for fat and normal cows respectively, during the 7 -1 week and 10-3 week periods before calving, the plasma progesterone and testosterone levels of fat cows were significantly higher (P<0.05-0.01) than those of the normal cows, whereas during the 10-4 week period before calving, the plasma 17B-estradiol was significantly lower than that of the normal cows (P<0.05-0.01).
