摘要
本文报告了１９例经临床治疗和／或手术病理证实的突眼疾病的ＭＲＩ表现，并与Ｂ超、ＣＴ检查进行对比分析。作者认为ＭＲＩ较ＣＴ和Ｂ超具有更高的软组织分辨力；在确定病变部位、范围和性质方面均具有优势。

exophthalmic diseases were examined by MRI, Their appearances on MRIwere described and
compared with B-US and CT,The results indicated that MRI is superiorto CT or B-US in resolution
of soft tissue. MRI is particularly useful in defining the loca-tion extension and character of the
ocular and orbital lesions.
