摘要
作者对２０８例婴幼儿颔下及颈部化脓性淋巴结炎采用穿刺抽脓及脓腔内注入抗生素，在首次抽脓时同时作细菌培养和药物敏感试验，局部用低能量Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光照射，效果显著，无一例改用手术切开排脓，在２０８例患儿中以２～４个月最多（１２６例占６０．６％），治疗时间最长者１４ｄ，最短３ｄ，平均为４～５ｄ，治疗愈率为１００％，此方法和传统外科切开排脓法相比，其优点方法简单、安全、可靠，不会发生麻醉意外和受麻药禁忌所限，更不会因手术损伤颌面部重要解剖结构和因手术留有永久性疤痕，且费用少、时间短、治愈率高。
208 cases of infantile acute suppur aative lymphadenitis in the submaxillary and cervicalregions were freated by means of needle aspiration of pus,Iocal anfibiotic ingecfion and localapplication of He～Ne laser in lovv power.The therapeectic affect was excellent with a cure rate of 100%and none of the patientreceived surgical incision and drainage. The age of most infants was two to four months(60. 6%). The average course of treatment was 4～5d(3～14d).This method of treatment issimple safe reliable and nontraumafic as compared with the fraditional surgical incision andarainage.
