摘要
我们对１５９名中老年人进行常规体检，同步测空腹胰岛素、血糖、血脂。其值进行直线回归相关分析。结果：空腹胰岛素与血压、体重指数、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯均呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．０１）．与高密度脂蛋白呈负相关，但无统计学意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。提示：高胰岛素水平是致高血压、脂代谢紊乱的因素之一。
e chose 159 middle-old persons whose function of heart、liver、kidney were
normal. The fasting insulin、glucose、lipid concentration in blood were determined and
correlativeanalysed.The results showed:insulin level was positively correlated with BMI、SBP、
DBP、LDL-ch、TG(P<0.01),and negatively correlated with HDL-ch(P>0.05).It was sug-gested that
hyperinsulinemia may be one of the mechanism in hypertension and dislipidemia.
