摘要
目的测定脑脊液免疫球蛋白(CSF-Ig)系列指标,以了解急性脑血管病血脑屏障(BBB)功能修复代况及中枢神经系统(CNS)的免疫反应,是否有助于转归判定。方法应用速率散射比浊法测定脑血管病的CSF-Ig系列指标,并与CT上损伤范围做比较。结果CT显示损伤范围越大,CSF白蛋白增高越明显,提示BBB受损越重。CSF-Ig增高属CNS内源性合成、合并BBB损伤性渗透。结论动态观测CSF-Ig系列指标,有助于急性脑血管病的转归判定。
Objective The aim of this study was to judge the relationship between the levels of immunoglobulin (Ig) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and the function of the blood brain barrier (BBB) in the patients with acute cerebrovascular diseases (ACVD), and judge if the results were helpful to decide the prognosis of ACVD.Methods With the method of rate seater nephelometric, CSF-Ig parameters were determined serially and the results were compared with damaged ranges of CT in patients with ACVD.Results The results showe that the larger damaged ranges in CT was,the more obviously increased CSF-Alb.was,and the more seriously damaged BBB was. It indicates that elevated CSF-Ig from endogenous synthesis in the CNS in combination with diffusion due to damaged BBB.Conclusion It was helpful to decide the prognosis of ACVD that CSF-Ig serial parameters determined continuously.
