摘要
目的探讨胎盘免疫调节肽对免疫抑制状态小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法醋酸氢化泼尼松诱导小鼠免疫抑制书态,同时用胎盘免疫调节肽、转移因子、胸腺用治疗,观察实验小鼠机体的免疫指标。结果胎盘免疫调节肽与转移因子和胸腺肽作用相同,可使处于免疫抑制状态的小鼠体重。脾重指数、中性白细胞数、T及B淋巴细胞转化刺激指数、游泳能力等多项指标获得明显恢复且在恢复上述某些指标到正常水平方面优于转移因子和胸腺肽。结论胎盘免疫调节肽类似于转移因子、胸腺肽,可明显提高机体免疫功能,是一种理想的免疫调节剂。
Objective To research the immnoregulatry effects of placental immunoregulation polypeptideon mice with immunosuppression.Methods The immunosupression mice induced by hydroprednisone acetate were made,and the body wight, the number of neutrophil,lymphocyte transformation index, spleen wightindex and capacity of swimming of mice treatedwith PIP were detected and compared with that ofmice treated with transfer factor and thymosin.Results The effects of placental immunoregulation polypeptide on improving the bodyweight, the number of neutrophil lymphocytetransformation index, spleen weight index andcapacity of swimming in mice withimmunosuppression were obtained, and these effects were obviously superior to theimmunoregulatory effects of thymosin and transfer factor.Conlusion The placental immunoregulatorypolypeptide may be a reasonable immunoregulator, and play a same effects as the effectsof thymosin and transfer factor.
