银屑病实验动物模型研究

Experimental study on animal model of psoriasis in mouse

目的建立去胸腺小鼠银屑病实验动物模型，以进行银屑病的基础和临床研究。方法实验组小鼠切除胸腺后接受银屑病皮肤损害移植，成活的皮肤损害作病理组织检查；对照组小鼠仅接受银屑病皮肤损害移植。结果４只实验组小鼠，移植的银屑病皮肤损害成活时间分别为１５、２０、２１、３０ｄ银屑病皮肤损害移植之后出现典型的银屑病损害，并且具有银屑病的组织学特征。３只对照组小鼠，移植的银屑病皮肤损害全部坏死脱落。结论去胸腺小鼠是一种有希望的研究银屑病的实验动物模型。

Objective To establish Psoriatic animal modelof the thymectomized mouse for the basic andclinical research of psoriasis.Methods The thymus of the mice in the experimental group were excised and thetransplantation of psoriatic lession in vivo. Thecontrol mice were only given the transplantationof psoriatic lession.Results in the experimental group, survivaltime of the four mice's transplants of psoriaticlession were about 15, 20, 21, 30 daysrepectivety. Typical lession occurs after thethansplantation of psoriatic lession in thethymectomized mice and the histologial characteristics were mantained. In the control group of thethree mice, all transplanted psoratic lession werenecroses and fall.Conclusions The thymectomy mice may be avalue model for the study of psoriasis.
