摘要
目的了解抑郁症血清的过氧化脂质及谷胱甘肽过氧化酶水平,探讨其病因。方法测定32例抑郁症过氧化脂质及谷胱甘肽过氧化酶水平与正常人(33例)对照研究,并对抑郁症LPO与HAMD分值进行相关性分析。结果抑郁症LPO明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且LPO水平与HAMD分值是正相关(r=0.60,P<0.01)。结论LPO过多可能是造成脑细胞脂质过氧化损害而致抑郁的原因之一。
Objechve To research the significance ofChanges of Lipid peroxide (LPO) andglutathione peroridese (GPX) in patients withsingle episode depression.Methods The levels of LPO and GPX weredetected respectively in 32 cases of depression and33 normal persons. The correlation analysis between the levels of LPO and grading of HAMDwas taken.Results The levels of serum LPO weresignificantly higher in depressive patients thanthat of control group (P < 0.01 ), and were positive correlation with HAMD gradings(r=0.60025, P< 0.01).Conclusion The higher level of serum Lpomay be one of causes of cerebrocellular injery andresulting in depression in single episodedepression.
