川芎嗪治疗糖尿病肾病

Tetramethylpyrazine for treating thediabetic nephropathy

目的探讨川芎嗪对糖尿病肾病（ＤＮ）的疗效。方法７１例ＤＮ患者中，早期ＤＮ组３３例，临床ＤＮ肾功能正常组２１例，临床ＤＮ肾衰组１７例，每组患者分为治疗组和对照组。除常规治疗外，各治疗组加用川芎嗪静脉点滴，于治疗前后检测血糖、血肌酐、ＢＵＮ和尿蛋白排泄量。统计学处理采用ｔ检验及Ｘ２检验。结果与对照组相比，川芎嗪可使早期ＤＮ患者和临床ＤＮ肾功能正常的患者尿蛋白排泄量明显减少（Ｐ＜０．０１），两组总有效率分别是９５．２４％和８４．２６（Ｐ＜０．０５）。川芎嗪治疗对血肌酐、ＢＵＮ、血压无显著影响。结论川芎嗪对早期ＤＮ和肾功能正常的临床ＤＮ有显著疗效。

Objective To search the therapeutic effects oftetramethylpyrazine (TMPZ) for diabeticnephropathy (DN).Methods 71 cases of DN patients were dividedinto three groups : group A (33 eases ofearly-stage DN), group B (23 cases of clinicalDN with normal renal function), and group C(17 cases of clinical DN with renal failure). Andthe patients of each group were subdivided intotwo groups: treated group and control group.Besides the routine treatment, TMPZ was added tointravenous drop for the patients of each treatedgroup.Before and after treatment, the blood sugar, serum creatinine, BUN and urinary proteinexcretion rate were assayed. The t test and x2test were used for statistical analyses.Results Compared with the control groups,TMPZ treatment could decrease significantly theurinary protein excretion rate in both the group Aand group B (P< 0.01 ), and the total effectiverate was 95. 24% for the group A, and 84. 62%for group B. TMPZ treatment has not any effecton the BUN, serum creatinine and BP in all thepatients.Conclusion TMPZ have a signficant effect ontreating for the patients in both early-stage DNand clinical DN with normal renal function.
