甲基强的松龙联合环磷酰胺冲击治疗暴发性狼疮

Pulse therapy for fulminat lupus with combined methylprednisolone and cyclophosphamide

目的探讨甲基强的松龙联合环磷酰胺冲击疗法治疗暴发性狼疮的效果及应用价值。方法５例住院病人，均符合１９８２年美国ＳＬＥ诊断标准。采用治疗前后自身对照研究。统计学处理采用ｔ检验。结果治疗前后对比，在临床症状的控制和化验指标的改善上均较显著，且优于单一药物冲击或传统的强的松口服与环磷酰胺隔日注射疗法。结论甲基强的松龙与环磷酰胺联合冲击疗法是治疗暴发性狼疮的可行方案。

Objective To research for the effect and practical value of methylprednisolone (MP) together with cyclophosphamide (CTX) pulse therapy for fulminat lupus.Method All of the 5 inpatients were possessed of SLE diagnostic criteria made in USA, 1982.Auto-control studying before and after treatment was used. The t-test was used in statistical treatment.Results The comparison of results before and after the treatment showed great improvement in laboratory indexes and clinical symptoms, and the effects were superior to single medicine pulse or traditional oral prednison with CTX injection treatment with every other day.Conclusion The pulse therapy of MP together with CTX is a feasible plan for treating fulminating lupus.
