摘要
目的探讨T淋巴细胞工群在原发性肾病综合征和紫癜性肾炎发病中的作用。方法对29例小儿原发性肾病综合征和18例紫癜性肾炎应用单克隆抗体碱性磷酸酶-抗碱性磷酸酶(ApAAp)法测定两种疾病活动期和肾病综合征恢复2wk时(缓解期)T细胞亚群。健康儿童作为对照。t检验分析比较T细胞亚群。结果肾病综合征活动期CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8降低,而CD8增高(P均<0.01);以后复发患儿缓解期CD8增高(P<0.01)。紫癜性肾炎活动期CD4、CD4/CD8增高,CD8降低。结论T淋巴细胞亚群的改变可能在原发性肾病综合征和紫癜性肾炎的发病中起一定作用。
Objective To reseach the significance of T lymphocyte subsets dysfunction in children with nephrotic syndrome and Schonlein- Henock nephrites.Methods An alkaline phosphatase anti-alkaline phosphatase complex was used for detection T lymphocyte subsets. The percentage of T lymphocyte subsets were determined in 29 children with nephrotic syndrome in acute phase and determined again in 24 cases of them in convalescent phase.The subsets were also assayed in 18 children with Schonlein-Henock nephritis. Twenty four healthy children were studied as controls.Results The percentage of CD3 and CD4 cell subpopulations and ratio of CD4/ CD8was significantly reduced (P< 0. 01 respectively, compared with controls) and CD8 cells was elevated (P< 0. 01, compared with controls) in acute phase of nephrotic syndrome, and the percentage of CD8 cells remained increased in convalescent phase of 6 rellaps cases.In Schonlein-Henock nephritis, the percentage of CD4 cells and ratio of CD4/ CD8was elevated (P< 0. 05, P< 0. 01 respectively, compared with controls). and CD8 cells was reduced (P< 0. 01, compared with controls).Conclusion The changes of T lymphocyte subsets may play some roles in the pathogenesis of nephrotic syndrome and Schonlein-Henock nephritis.
