Treatment to bone marrow depression with recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor

摘要 用重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(rHGM-CSF)治疗放射及化学治疗所致的骨髓抑制18例(男性12例,女性6例;年龄47±s8a)。rHGM-CSF300μg,sc,qd或qod。升白泰组15例(男性10例,女性5例;年龄48±7a),升白泰冲剂15g,po,tid;安慰剂组8例(男性5例,女性3例:年龄46±9a),维生素C0.2g,po,tid。结果:治疗组白细胞和中性粒细胞数升高多于对照组(P均<0.01)。 Eighteen patients(M12,F6;age 47± s 8a)with bone marrow depression resulting from chemotherapy and radiotherapy were treated with recombinant human granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor(rHGM-CSF) 3 00 μg, sc, qd or qod.Another two groups were Sheng-bai-tai group(15 patients,M 10,F5;age 48± 7 a.treated with Sheng-bai-tai,the infusion of traditional Chinese medicine,15 g,po,tid)and placebo group(8patients,M5,F 3;age 46± 9 a,treated with vitamin C 0.29,po.tid)served as controls.Results showed that leucocyte total counts and neutrophils counts of rHGM-CSF group were significantly higher than that of controls(P both<0.01).
