摘要
目的:观察醋己氨酸锌(ZA)抗大鼠或小鼠实验性胃溃疡作用。方法与结果:设ZA,雷尼替丁(Ran)和空白对照组。ZA25,50,100mg/kg,ip和Ran12.5,25,50mg/kgip均能明显降低幽门结扎大鼠的胃酸和胃蛋白酶活力(P<0.01),ZA还能明显提高胃液中己糖胺含量,对HCl0.6mol/L,25%NaCl和无水乙醇所致小鼠胃溃疡有明显的阻抑作用,ZAig75-300mg/kg明显抑制大鼠冷应激和束水应激诱发的胃溃疡及胃粘膜肥大细胞数的下降,但Ran对后者没有抑制作用。结论:ZA对大鼠或小鼠实验性胃溃疡有明显的阻抑作用。
AIM: Effect of zinc acexamate(ZA) on experimental gastric ulcer was studied in rats and mice. METHODS and RESULTS: ZA ip 25,50,100mg/kg and ranitidine(Ran) ip 12.5, 25, 50 mg/kg significantly decrease both the levels of gastric acid and pepsin activity, ZA can markedly enhance the content of hexosamine in the gastric juice in the pylorus-ligated rats(P<0.01). ZA has an inhibitory effect on ulcer induced by 0.6 mol/L HCl, 25% NaCl, and ethanol in mice. ZA 75-300 mg/kg ig not only has an inhibitory effect on cold-restraint stress ulcer in rats; but also reduce gastric mast cell degranulation. Ran also has an inhibitory effect on cold-restraint stress ulcer, but does not reduce gastric mast cell degranulation. Both ZA and Ran possess significant gastric anti-ulcer activity in water-immersion stress ulcer in rats.CONCLUSION: ZA possesses a sigaificantly inhibitory effect on experimental gastric ulcers in rats and mice.
