摘要
目的：酮洛芬和双氯芬酸止痛作用的比较。方法：酮洛芬注射液１ｍＬ（５０ｍｇ／ｍＬ）或双氯芬酸２ｍＬ（５０ｍｇ／２ｍＬ）肌注于类风湿关节炎１７０例，ｂｉｄ，共１４ｄ；ｑｄ或ｂｉｄ于痛经妇女５０例及中、小手术术后疼痛１０１例作随机单盲试验。结果：酮洛芬组止痛作用优于双氯芬酸组（８８．４％对８０．１％，Ｐ＜０．０５）。在肌肉注射处局部疼痛酮洛芬组６０．０％；双氯芬酸组４５．０％。结论：酮洛芬止痛作用优于双氯芬酸。
AIM: To compare the alleviating pain with intramuscular injections of ketoprofen vs diclofenac. METHODS: Ketoprofen 1 mL(50 mg) or diclofenac 2 mL(50 mg) was injected to 170 patients with rheumatoid arthritis bid for 14 d and qd or bid to 50 women with dysmenorrhea and to 101 patients with postoperative pain for randomized single-blind trials. RESULTS:The total effective rate of the ketoprofen group(88.4%) was higher than that of the diclofenac group(80.1%), P< 0.05. Severe pain at the injection sites was complained by 60.0% and 45.0% of the patients after ketoprofen and diclofenac, respectively. CONCLUSION: Ketoprofen in alleviating pain is superior to diclofenac.
