肝细胞生长因子治疗重症肝炎的疗效

Effect of hepatocyte growth factor in treating severe hepatitis

目的：观察肝细胞生长因子（ＨＧＦ）合并常用综合疗法治疗慢性重症肝炎的疗效。方法：治疗组３２例（男性２５例，女性７例；年龄４２±ｓ１４ａ），ＨＧＦ１２０－１６０ｍｇ加１０％葡萄糖注射液２５０ｍＬ静脉滴注，每日１次，加常用综合疗法。对照组２８例（男性２６例，女性２例；年龄４５±１２ａ），用常用综合疗法（１０％葡萄糖注射液２５０ｍＬ，１０％氯化钾注射液５ｍＬ，维生素Ｃ注射液３ｇ混合静脉滴注，肝病用１５－氨基酸注射液２５０ｍＬ，静脉滴注，每日１次）。疗程均为２ｍｏ。结果：ＨＧＦ治疗组对改善症状，体征，降低胆红素，提高白、球蛋白比率均明显优于对照组，治疗组病死率（３８％），显著低于对照组（６８％）。结论：ＨＧＦ合并常用综合疗法治疗慢性重症肝炎疗效满意。

AIM: To observe the efficacy of treating chronic severe hepatitis with hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) combining with conventional therapy. METHODS: The HGF group(M 25,F7, age42±s 14 a)was treated with HGF, iv drip 120-160 mg, qd with the conventional therapy, while controlled group(M 26,F2, age 45±12 a) was treated with the conventional therapy(including 10% glucose 250 mL,10% potassium chloride 5 mL,ascorbic acid 3 g and 15-amino acids 250 mL, iv drip, qd). Therapeutic course was 2 mo. RESULTS: The effect of HGF group was better than that of the controlled group, including improving clinical symptoms and signs,decreasing bilirubin level,increasing the ratio of albumin to globulin. The mortality in the HGF group(38%) was less than that in the controlled group(68%). CONCLUSION: HGF supplement in treating chronic severe hepatitis is satisfactory.
