摘要
本文报道１０１例冠状动脉造影的冠心病患者高频心电图（ＨＦＥＣＧ）变化。结果提示：高频切迹数随冠状动脉狭窄程度的加重而增多，ＨＦＥＣＧ与ＥＣＧ诊断中、重度冠状动脉狭窄的灵敏度分别为８７．７％～９５．４％与６６．２％，ｐ＜０．０１；特异性分别为７２．２％～７５．０％与６３．９％，Ｐ＞０．０５；符合率分别为８３．２％～８７．１％与６５．３％，Ｐ＜０．０１。
We observed the changes of high frequency electrocardiogram (HFECG) in 101 cases of coronary heart disease,on whom cineangiography was also performed.The results indicated that the number of notches grew along with the increase of obstruction degree of coronary arteries and injury extent of myocardium.The sensitivities,specificity and coincidental rates of HFECG and ECG in diagnois of moderate and severe obstruction of coronary arteries were 87.7%～95.4% and 66.2%,72.2%～75.0% and 63. 9% and 83.2%～87.1% and65.3%,respectively.
