经皮肺动脉瓣球囊成形术致完全性右束支阻滞的观察和随访

Observation and follow-up of complete right bundle branch block coused hy percutaneous pulmonary balloon valvuloplasty

通过观察和随访12例PTBV致CRBBB病例,并与30例无CRBBB病例作对比研究表明,出现CRBBB者往往肺动脉瓣狭窄程度较重,ECG上右心室肥厚程度较重,球囊/瓣环内径比较大.12例CRBBB病例中,8例为球囊充盈时一过性CRBBB,2例CRBBB在3个月消失,2例持续时间超过6个月.

We observed and followed up 12 patients with C.RBBB caused by PTBV and wilh a group of 30 cases without CRBBB as control to find that CRBBB occurcd only during the procedure in 8 patients and disappeared during first to third months after the procedure in 2 patients and persisted over 8 months in 2 patients. Compared with those without CRBRB, the patient group was proved to have higher prssure gradient over pulmonic valve, greater balloon-annulus ratio and higher volt age of right ventricle on ECG.
