三瓣联合置换术4例报告

Triple Valve Replacement:Report of Four Cases

本文报告从１９９１年６月～１９９３年４月共施行４例三瓣联合置换术。男女各２例，年龄２６～５０岁，术前心功能Ⅳ级３例，Ⅲ级１例。均选用双叶机械瓣置换、术后随访３月～２６月，心功能均为Ⅰ、Ⅱ级。对三瓣联合置换指征，手术技术和围术期处理作了讨论。

From June,1991 to February,1993,four cases of triple valve replacement were performed.Bileaflet mechanical valve were implanted in all of the four patients.Before operation they were seriously ill with poor cardiac function.Three patients were in NYHA functional class Ⅳ and one in class Ⅲ.In the postoperative midterm follow-up(3～26 months),2 of these patients were in class Ⅰ and 2 in class Ⅱ.The indication of operation,operative techniques and perioperative management were discussed.
