家兔拟主动脉瘤手术单肺通气模型 被引量：3

A Model of One-Lung Ventilation for Aneurysmectomy in Rabbits

摘要 对２０只家兔进行左剖胸右肺通气，其中１１只阻断降主动脉，６只行左心转流。右肺通气９０分钟和左心转流后血气分析结果满意，为在小动物建立拟降主动脉瘤手术单肺通气供实验家兔模型。 Left lateral thoracotomy and right lung ventilation was performed in 20 rabbits,including 11 with aortic occlusion and six with left- heart bypass.Normal blood gas analysis was obtained in both groups.This useful medel of one lung ventilation for aortic aneurysmectomy in small animals was suggested.
