左心房压增高对血管紧张素转换酶影响的实验观察

The Influence of Elevated Left Atrial Pressure on Angiotensin Converting Enzyme-An experimental Study

１５只家兔左剖胸右肺通气，其中Ａ组１０只阻断降主动脉３０分钟致左心房高压（３．７３±０．４１ｋＰａ），Ｂ组５只维持正常左房压３０分钟。结果Ｂ组动脉血浆血管紧张素转换酶（ＡＣＥ）活性无明显变化；Ａ组ＡＣＥ活性较前降低２８．４％（Ｐ＜０．０１），且与病理学上肺损伤改变相符合。本文认为测定ＡＣＦ活性可作为判断左心房高压引起的肺损伤的指标之一。

Fifteen rabbits undergoing left thoracotomy and right lung ventilation were divided into two groups.In group A (10 cases),angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) activity decreased significantly (P<0.01) which coincided with pathological changes in the lung,subsequent to left atrial pressure increased 3.73±0.41 kPa for 30 minutes during cross clamping of descending aorta.There were no clear aformentioned changes observed in group B (5 cases) with normal left atrial pressure.
