Successful Experience of Treating 40 cases with Complicated Thoracic Injury

作者报告了成功治疗４０例胸部复杂伤无死亡的经验，认为经有效的急救处理，如闭式引流，肋骨外固定，抗休克和处理（ＡＲＤＳ），再行剖胸治疗处理胸内损伤，可减少并发症及取得满意的结果。

This article reported the successful experience for tresating 40 cases with complicated thoracic injury.In order to reduce related complications and obtain satisfactory results,the authors emphasized that exploratory thoracotomy should be performed to manage intrathoracic injuries after emergency treatment such as close chest drainage,rib exopexy.combating shock and treating ARDS had been effectively done.
