鹿茸精对犬急性全心缺血再灌注损伤心肌保护的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 本研究用鹿茸精(针剂)在体外循环前一小时经静脉给药,观察犬全心常温缺血60分钟及再灌注60分钟后的心脏血流动力学,心肌细胞内总钙、心肌超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及再灌注心律失常情况。将12只开胸麻醉犬分为两组,Ⅰ组为对照组;Ⅱ组为鹿茸组。结果显示,鹿茸精可明显保护再灌注后犬心功能,减少再灌注心律失常发生率。作用机理可能与鹿茸精保护心肌SOD活性,调节细胞内钙离子的转运,减轻钙超负荷有关。 The effect of intravenous administration of pantocrinum before CPB on recovery of myocardial function was studied. Intracellular calcium concentration and superoxide dismutase activity after 60 minutes of normothermic ischemia followed by 60 minutes of reperfusion were observed.Experments were performed in 2 groups.GroupⅠserved as control. In groupⅡ,pantocrinum(50mg/kg) was used intravenously 60 minutes before CPB. The results show that pantocrinum could prevent myocardial reperfusion injury and preserve myocardial function. The mechanism is not clear. We guess that pantocrinum may be able to regulate myocardial calcium transportation and improve myocardial metabolism.
